Updates are performed using reasonable care and industry-standard practices. When an update presents a known compatibility risk, it may be postponed until it can be safely applied.
Support & Response Time
Maintenance requests are acknowledged within approximately 1 business day during regular working hours.
Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding statutory holidays.
Emergency or after-hours support is not included in the standard maintenance plan and may be billed separately.
Additional Work
The maintenance plan covers routine website maintenance and does not include website redesigns, new pages or features, custom development, third-party integrations, content creation, major troubleshooting, hosting or domain changes, or work resulting from changes made by third parties.
Any work outside the maintenance scope will be discussed with the client and may require a separate estimate or be billed at the current hourly rate.
Content updates or blog post uploads may also be billed separately according to the agreed rate.
Third-Party Services
I Love To Do Websites is not responsible for outages, errors, security incidents, compatibility issues, or service changes caused by third-party providers, including hosting companies, domain registrars, plugins, themes, APIs, email providers, or external platforms.
Third-party subscription, hosting, domain, plugin, theme, or licensing fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Backups & Security
Reasonable measures are taken to maintain backups and monitor website security; however, no website, hosting environment, backup system, or security solution can be guaranteed to be completely error-free or secure.
Client & Third-Party Changes
The client agrees to notify I Love To Do Websites when another developer, agency, or service provider makes significant technical changes to the website.
Additional work required to investigate or repair issues resulting from third-party changes may be billed separately.
Payment & Cancellation
Maintenance services are billed according to the frequency and amount stated on the invoice or estimate.
The maintenance plan may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding invoices or additional work completed before cancellation remain payable.
By approving the estimate, paying the invoice, or continuing with the maintenance service, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Service.
